Qualifies you to use an HSA, FSA, and "superbill" receipt to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement of a percentage of my fees.
*Recommended annually or as needed
To determine if your insurance company will reimburse a percentage of my fees, the first thing to do is call them. Here are some questions to ask:
How much does my plan reimburse for an out-of-network provider?
What is the coverage amount per psychotherapy session?
What percentage of the fee will I be reimbursed?
How many psychotherapy sessions are covered?
How do I submit a superbill?
How will I be reimbursed?
What is my out-of-network deductible and has it been met?
Is approval required by my primary care physician?
Any restrictions on the type of therapy or the provider’s credentials?
Are there any other restrictions or questions I should ask?
